Book: Escape Mental Torture by Tolu Meduna

Book: Escape Mental Torture

This story is a real life experience of four decades, documented in three parts, which entails family life, abuse and hope.

Sexually assaulted and physically abused at the age of eleven by a Church Reverend, the pain and emotional trauma experienced drove me into searching for healing in the place of prayers and consistent therapy sessions.

No one is immune to emotional issues which could lead to bigger issues if they are not resolved. A stitch in time saves nine and this story is told so that everyone can see the thin line between sanity and insanity put a stop to the discrimination against victims.

The information you need to navigate, resolving issues of life that affects your mental health is packed in this book with real life illustrations.
